He is an expert in labor and industrial relations, corporate restructuring and reorganization, and managing negotiations with trade union representatives. He also specializes in corporate governance, with a particular focus on corporate administrative liability under Legislative Decree No. 231\/2001.<\/p>\n<p><span data-teams=\"true\">\u00c8 stato nominato a <strong>Ottobre 2025 membro della Commissione indipendente per la verifica dell\u2019equilibrio economico e finanziario delle societ\u00e0 sportive professionistiche.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>In April 2024, <strong>he was appointed President of INPS (the Italian Social Security Institute).<\/strong> He is a <strong>contract professor of Labor Law at the Faculty of Economics and Law at the Universit\u00e0 Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Piacenza campus.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>He has served as<strong>Extraordinary Commissioner of Alitalia Societ\u00e0 Aerea Italiana S.p.A.<\/strong> and Alitalia Cityliner S.p.A., <strong>as well as President of Societ\u00e0 Autostrade Alto Adriatico S.p.A.<\/strong>From 2018 to 2023, he was a member of the <strong>Presidency Council of the Italian Court of Auditors,<\/strong>where he also held the role of Vice President.<\/p>\n<p>During this tenure, he chaired the <strong>Observatory on Public Resources of the Court of Auditors.<\/strong> Between 2019 and 2023, he served as a<strong> arbiter for the Private Assembly of Confindustria. He is a member of AIDLaSS (the Italian Association of Labor and Social Security Law)<\/strong>and has authored numerous publications on labor law. He conducts extensive research and has published extensively on labor, civil law, and data protection topics.<\/p>\n<p>He has participated, as a member and\/or chairperson, in arbitration boards, supervisory bodies, and high-profile study commissions.
