Graduating with top honors from the University of Milan, with a thesis on trade union law and industrial relations,he immediately deepened her expertise in employment law, employment law,providing non-contentious consultancy to businesses public entities, and third-sector organizations, as well as assisting them in judicial disputes.

She later specialized in privacy law and GDPR compliance,serving as Data Protection Officer for businesses and public entities.

Throughout her career, she has gained significant experience in employment contracts (both in Italian and English) and debt collection activities.
